What you'll be doing day to day:

  • Prospecting, researching and qualifying leads in a defined territory across Canada and the US.
  • You take great pride in your work, enthusiastically honing your craft and representing the company professionally.
  • You are often the first point of contact with our prospects, allowing us to establish a positive relationship and experience.
  • You will use our customer relationship management (CRM) system, HubSpot, to track progress, schedule activities, and document relevant information on prospective clients.

Meet the team:


You will report to the Senior Manager of Business Development, and you'll be working alongside other BDRs and Sales Executives (SE) to meet sales targets.

This team model allows for constant collaboration and sharing of best practices and stories.

In addition to having lots of support from your immediate team, you will have a dedicated BDR Senior Manager whose sole purpose is to set you up for success through coaching, mentorship, and feedback.

The leadership style can be described in one word:
force multiplier.

The leadership support is based on an individualistic approach, enabling you to succeed in this role or prepare you for the next.


Qualifications:


  • Prior experience selling to automotive business is preferred
  • Previous experience in the Automotive industry is preferred
  • You hold a postsecondary degree/college diploma.
  • Collaborative, with superior listening, critical thinking, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Must have appropriate transit to attend the office in Markham.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
