Lead and coach a team of Inside Sales professionals responsible for providing third-party financing solutions that support Canadian agriculture.
What you'll do:
- Lead a sales team and assist them with developing sales and marketing strategies to support thirdparty partners across the country
- Mentor your team on FCC's relationship management process, customer experience standards and culture
- Build relationships with Alliance partners
- Ensure activities and goals are in line with Alliance Programs objectives and policy
What we're looking for:
- Confident communicator with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Relationship builder who embraces change and focuses on efficiency
- Extensive knowledge of thirdparty financing
- Proven leader with excellent coaching skills and a drive to help others
What you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree and at least five years of sales and leadership experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Indepth understanding of thirdparty lending and a love of agriculture
