Lead and coach a team of Inside Sales professionals responsible for providing third-party financing solutions that support Canadian agriculture.

What you'll do:

Lead a sales team and assist them with developing sales and marketing strategies to support thirdparty partners across the country
Mentor your team on FCC's relationship management process, customer experience standards and culture
Build relationships with Alliance partners
Ensure activities and goals are in line with Alliance Programs objectives and policy

What we're looking for:

Confident communicator with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Relationship builder who embraces change and focuses on efficiency
Extensive knowledge of thirdparty financing
Proven leader with excellent coaching skills and a drive to help others

What you'll need:

A bachelor's degree and at least five years of sales and leadership experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
Indepth understanding of thirdparty lending and a love of agriculture
