    The Role
    As a Vending Lead at Delmonte Hotel Group, you will provide leadership to vendors and vending attendants in delivering exceptional guest services.
    Essential Functions
    • Ensure total guest/fan food service experience.
    • Provide training direction or guidance to front-line employees.
    • Complete corporate logs including tracking sheets cash-out log labour log food safety log etc.
    Please note that additional responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:
    1. Develop floor control know what needs to be completed in order of priority have necessary communication organizational skills direct staff complete tasks within reasonable amount time follow direction Vending Manager/Vending Supervisor control variables ensure location kept clean organized company guidelines all times aware able enforce all company government policies handle situations where vendors cannot guests requests/complaints troubleshoot issues portable hand-held devices must proper uniform outlined employee Handbook perform duties Health & Safety mind responsible assigning staff clear specific duties accomplish prior during end event which allows overall operation specific location responsible inventory cash-out process assigned stand location ensuring all staff following corporate facility government regulations counting beginning ending inventory balancing inventory event sales recording transactions with vendors maintained policy appropriate product levels stand locations based sales projections communicated Vending Manager/Vending Supervisor daily orders stock levels par keeping waste minimum watching food production level outlined Floor Manager/Event Supervisor properly thoroughly followed handbook company guidelines ensuring record transactions with vendors maintained policyPrior experience similar facility operation plus /. Have set skills necessary ensure direction given followed Smart Serve certification minimum age 18 serve Province Ontario/.
