As a growing company, Sunrex Management is always looking for dedicated, reliable and hard-working people to join our team.
As a member of the property mamangement team, you will assist the team in providing administrative support to the Property Manager and our operational team.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Creating digital leases
- Creating digital renewals
- Assisting the Property Manager in the operational aspects of operating buildings.
- Following up with residents, suppliers and resident managers to ensure that tasks are completed.
- Following up on Maintenance requests.
- Qualification
- Excellent Computer Skills working with digital files
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Minimum 40 words per minute typing speed
- Knowledge of a Digital Enviorment and the ability to work in a paperless environment
- Police and Vulnerable Sector Check required before accepting conditional offer
- Self Motivated
- Excellent timemanagement skills
- Excellent Organizational skills
- Highly organized and team oriented
- Ability to deal with difficult people and situations in a calm and professional matter
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Have experience in reading and comprehending the Residential Tenancies Act (Manitoba)
- Ability to prepare, organize and maintain both electronic filing systems.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
