Job Description:

As a Client Support Representative (part time and In person) at LEGAL AQ, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with legal professionals to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting legal professionals with client inquiries.
• Managing incoming calls and promptly following up on all call interactions using a systematic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Assisting with correspondence and other administrative tasks.
• Organizing and managing office projects and assignments as needed.

Requirements:

• Fluent in written and spoken English (proficiency in other languages is an added advantage).
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in client services or customer relationship management.
• Fully proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications.
• Wellrounded with extensive extracurricular experience working as part of a team.
• Ability to actively collaborate, think critically, and interact with clients in a professional manner.
• Must be a selfstarter and independent thinker.
