Job summary
We are seeking an experienced email security specialist to assist one of our support team members with an ongoing email deliverability issue involving Proofpoint Essentials.We need someone who can review Proofpoint Essentials configuration related to inbound filtering and reputation,
- Analyze ConnectWise email sending infrastructure
- Identify the correct and secure method to allow legitimate ConnectWise ticket emails without blanket IP whitelisting
- Review and validate SPF DKIM DMARC alignment related to ConnectWise emails
- Recommend implement proof point safe allow listing options policy based domain based or authentication based
- Earn sure changes do not weaken phishing or spoofing protections
The ideal candidate will have proven experience with Proofpoint Essentials strong understanding of SPF DKIM DMARC familiarity with connect wise manage email delivery MSP enterprise Email security background preferred ability explain technical decisions clearly concisely.Job description
