Job description
Responsibilities
- Load andunload of all services / merchandise
- Makedeliveries on track or any other point of sale respecting delivery times andsafety rules.
- Check theconformity of the amount of trolleys and cabinets to be delivered before loading
- Ensureloading the products into vehicles according to plan galley
- Ensuredelivery on time in accordance with the Plans of galley
- Unload zone(diving, galley ...)
- Driving aheavy vehicle or light respecting traffic regulations (road and track)
- Secure allproducts before delivery to the aircraft by sealing material (truck)
- Ensurecompliance of loading according to the procedures in place.
- Ensurecleaning of the vehicle and the area around the dock after each shift
- Communicateany malfunction in the hierarchy and regulation
- Fill thevarious security documents (certificate ...), safety and HACCP
- Train newdrivers
- Sort cargobefore loading and unloading.
- Installprotective devices, such as bracing, padding, or strapping, to prevent shiftingor damage to items being transported.
- Perform otherduties as assigned
- Respect thegalley plans
- Respectingtraffic regulations and safety requirement
- Observe theproper use of equipment
- Follow theprocedures for health, safety and security
- Maintainclean working area / equipment following rules
- Wear theprescribed uniform and equipment necessary to the function
- Be on timefor your shifts
- Beingrigorous and reactive
- Be a teamplayer
- Pay attentionto your appearance (wear appropriate outfit, adopt professional dressing &attitude to serve clients at your best)
- Thesepositions are part of our fast-track program to provide opportunity to grow toour staff.
- We providetraining and funding to help our workers to get Airside Vehicle Operator'sPermits (AVOPs) & Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
- Valid DZTruck Driving License (D license is needed - G License is notsufficient for that role);
- Diver'sAir-side license (DA) - ideally
- AVOP SecurityPass - ideally
- Clean drivingrecord ;
- Ability towork outdoors and varying temperatures and environments (below 1°F – minus18°C)
- Ability topass all required airport security clearance
- Dexterity tolift and maneuver loads (45 lbs+ / 20 kg+)
