- Experience with structured Architecture practices, hybrid cloud deployments, and on-premise tocloud migration deployments and roadmaps.
- Strong programming skills in Java, React, RPG(desirable) and experience with a wide spectrum of technologies including Cloud development/deployment (Azure/Google)
- Must be a leader with excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build consensus and obtain co-operation from development teams and technology engineering leaders.
- Disciplined in development methodology and familiar with software development technologies and concepts. Practical experience with systems design and specification for large scale applications.
