We currently have a great opportunity for a Summer Student to work within our Subcontracts team within our Supply Chain business area.

You will be responsible for the commercial administration and support of various lines of business programs including supporting contract phases of bid opportunities and the pre-contractual phase of subcontracts management.

Other tasks of your day to day could be:

  • Data entry and drafting language for documentation, preparing documents for review
  • Support the corporate due diligence investigations of potential suppliers.
  • Provide input and feedback on new tools and reports for use by the Supply Chain Management Dept.
  • Interface with internal departments such as estimating, finance, engineering, program management, commercial services

Qualifications

Experience & Education:

  • Currently enrolled in postsecondary education with related experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and team effectiveness skills, focus on improving the overall success of the Subcontract Management team.
  • Ability to adapt in shifting priority environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Information Security Clearance**- Must be able to obtain and maintain Canadian Security Clearance and a positive Controlled Goods Assessment.

  • Eligibility to work in Canada either as a Canadian Citizen.
