Job Summary
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Milwaukee Service Repair Hub. As a hands-on leader you will drive operational excellence support production returns and reconditioning operations foster a high-performance culture rooted in our core values provide daily leadership and support to the engineering workforce.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical industrial or electrical engineering operations management or industrial technology.
- 5+ years in production-related engineering experience in service repair environments and new product development is highly desired.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience Lean/Six Sigma certification or training preferred.
