The Opportunity**Olds College Continuing Education has a regular full-time opportunity for a Registrations Administrator (Clerk III). This position will attract an individual who is willing to be a member of a cross-trained, multi-functional team working in a very busy environment. The overriding principle governing the work of this position will be to provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and delivering the proper/correct information.
Key Job Functions
Responsibilities will include
- Act as the first point of contact for Continuing Education
- Process all transactions related to Continuing Education student registrations, accounts, grades, fee payments, etc.,
- Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all transactions.
- Respond to student inquiries and concerns and direct them appropriately
- Assist prospective students by responding to questions about programs and registration procedures,
- Other duties as assigned or required
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of post-secondary education coupled with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a customer service focused environment is required.
