Retail Marketing Manager - Toronto, Canada - INTEL
Description
Develops and implements marketing strategies to optimize retail channels. Defines and implements go to market programs for direct and indirect retail marketing programs. Develops implementation strategy and marketing materials in conjunction with field personnel for retail channels. Manages relationships with fellow travelers to maximize return on marketing objectives. Delivers marketing collateral, training, sales tools for field sales employees and in country single point of contract. Optimizes the buyers journey instore and online by leveraging tools, RSP training, labor and marketing materials. Track and analyze program data/indicators to improve program impact. Lead, direct and manage external consultants, agencies and other third party vendors.Strong digital marketing skills and Consumer Retail business acumen
Good understanding of commercial compliance and governance. Custodian of Intel values and culture
Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, either independently or in a team
Enthusiastic, self-motivated and outgoing with self-assurance to deal with tough problems/situations
Strong communication and influencing skills. Fluent in both verbal and written English, with the ability to adapt style and content appropriately for the audience.
Teamwork - Ability to work well and collaborate with others to achieve results.
Strong attention to detail with great time management, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple complex tasks efficiently while meeting assigned deadlines (program, project and resource management)
Solid understanding of Partner Marketing and Digital Marketing. Understanding of Account Based Marketing would also be an advantage.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing with a minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or an MBA.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrable experience in managing B2C marketing campaigns, working with retailers
Preferable to be fluent in French

Working Model:
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
