    We are seeking a seasoned QE Test Lead to spearhead the transition of QA practices in software testing.



    About the Role


    This key position involves leading an offshore team, driving quality processes, and serving as the primary point of contact for all things quality-related.



    Key Responsibilities:


    • Lead cross-functional teams toward achieving high-quality results through strategic planning, efficient process execution, and effective collaboration with all stakeholders; drive continuous improvement by fostering open communication channels and engaging staff members across various departments;
