The Role:

Join our passionate and entrepreneurial team as a Sales Executive in our Toronto office.

Reporting to our Managing Director, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing new relationships, nurturing leads, and securing new accounts through numerous initiatives.

Utilizing your knowledge of creative agency services and business development strategies, you will identify new initiatives to help grow the organization.


The Profile:

You are a hunter who knows the Advertising industry. You look at sales goals as a challenge and always shoot to exceed expectations.

In a presentation situation, you deliver with passion, know how to tailor your style to the audience and can deal with objections without a sweat.

When you close a deal, you understand the importance of managing the process with the team internally and making sure you are always thinking about the big picture.

You love it when your team members succeed and are always willing to help with landing meetings and closing deals.


What You'll Be Doing:

Increase the agency's roster of clients focusing on new business/accounts
Carry out a high volume of sales calls to creative agencies and direct clients
Carry out sales presentations and meetings on a frequent basis
Constantly monitor the market for new technologies and opportunities and effectively convey customer needs back to other areas of the organization
Meet or exceed all assigned quotas and targets while forecasting weekly, monthly and quarterly revenues for the assigned account set and overall territory
Professionally detail all sales activity through our sales funnel


Does This Sound Like You?:

3+ years of previous sales experience in the B2B
2+ years of experience in the Advertising industry
Ability to manage and drive sales cycles from start to finish, which includes experience with managing and forecasting individual quota
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and targets
Strong presentation, networking, time management and interpersonal skills
Proven networking and relationship-building skills
Able to work/learn in fast fast-paced environment
Entrepreneurial drive and creative thinking
Fluent in English
