- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge and ability to use computer software, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Previous experience working or volunteering in a community service field.
- Previous experience working in an office environment.
- Assist with cleanup and organization of tenant and housing program files on SharePoint.
- Organize special projects and events for housing communities (ie dumpster days, tenant summer social events).
- Assist the housing division with other special projects as requested.
- Support front office operations where required.
