Operational data processing Clerk

Job Summary:
This position is a hybrid role of DFI entries for JZ/AA/WS, WSIB claims, and Administration support.

The job duties are a blend of special project work relating to Intelex reports and follow-ups, PF Events, Overseeing our stock orders, General billing, etc.

These functions also include a variety of administrative tasks in support of the field operations.


Job Duties:

Operational data processing Clerk:

  • Using data to assist operation teams
  • Preparing reports and presenting to leadership and field operations
  • Completing the process of WSIB claims
  • Entering Direction Finding Indicator (DFI)
  • Take initiative with Intelex reports and followups
  • Handling PrimeFlight Events
  • Overseeing our stock orders
  • General billing for the department
  • Monitoring data quality and making necessary updates

Requirements:


  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school/GED
  • Must be able to pass a background check, and be able to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC)
- must be proficient in excel, data processing, general computer knowledge

  • Must possess reliable transportation to work
  • Must attend every day of preemployment training. All prospective staff must pass training to continue on with employment

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job may require supervision of workers at the direction of the Station Management.


Certificates and Licenses:
No certifications needed.


Reasoning Ability:
Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.


Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Ability to write accurate reports.

Computer Skills:
Must be proficient in excel, data processing, general computer knowledge
