Description

DUER is growing and growing fast, we're looking for a full-time Senior Graphic Designer to join the Creative Services team.

The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded background in graphic design with the ability to create highly engaging work across all channels from digital to in-store.

Support the establishment and rollout of brand visual guidelines
Champion consistency in design while adhering to our brand guidelines and style guide
Exhibit a deep understanding of typography, design trends, and creativity

Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to conceptualize and execute design concepts that align with DUER's project objectives.

Receive feedback and iterate on designs to continuously improve quality
Execute design across website content, emails, promotions, events, in-store displays, window displays, social media, etc.
Lead special projects such as rebranding efforts, website redesigns, or packaging updates
Support ongoing evolution of the brand's visual guidelines (based on creative performance metrics)
Provide leadership and mentorship for growing design team

5+ years of graphic design experience in the industry, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills (Please note that you must submit your portfolio in the cover letter section OR a link to your portfolio in the website link section of the application to be considered for the role)
~2-4 years of graphic design education
~ Detailed knowledge of design software and prototyping tools; Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.)
~ Strong knowledge of layout design and typography
~ Strategic thinker, comfortable ideating high-level concepts as well as coming up with detailed design executions
~ Experience working with stakeholders to solve business problems through design
~ Extremely organized, able to prioritize many projects, coordinate stakeholders, and respond quickly to requests
~ Expert on all things design, marketing, signage and packaging innovations
~ Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design methodologies to optimize design
~ UI/UX design experience

Experience with photography, film, and video editing
