You need to have an NB class 5 drivers license (or equivalent) with a clean driving record for 4 years, and a criminal record check.

Working hours are flexible but there is some evening and weekend work.

A company car is provided for work purposes:

Requirements:

• Class 5 drivers license for a minimum of 4 years
• Clean Driving Record
• NB Provincial Driver Education Instructor Course (3 week course to be provided to chosen applicants. All fees paid by Atlantic Driving Academy)
• Criminal Record Check (including the vulnerable sector)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Private in car training, teaching the Atlantic Driving Academy proprietary curriculum
• Evaluating and reporting student progress
• Adhere to all safety standards and procedures
• Consistently demonstrate a professional code of conduct

Skills:

• Passion for teaching and mentoring others
• Good driving skills
• Relaxed communication style
• Team player but also able to work independently
• Comfortable with learning/using internal software system
• Strong understanding of customer services and dedication to clients
