Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Temporary, Full-time position (approx. 18+ month leave)


Work Term:
April October 2025


Position Overview:
The Accounts Receivable Coordinator position is an integral member of the Finance Team.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, they are responsible for maintaining student accounts, processing and posting payments received, and corresponding with families and members of staff.

This position is also responsible for reconciliations, journal entries, administering refund requests, and other adjustments and accounting transactions related to A/R management.

What You'll Bring


Preferably you will have a degree or certificate in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field and at least three years experience in an Accounts Receivable capacity in a high volume environment.

You will be highly proficient in Excel and Google Suite and be a quick study navigating accounting software. A strong demonstrated knowledge of accounting practices and internal controls is expected.
