The goal of the Lab is to develop quantitative finance and data analytics solutions that will enable Canadian households to enhance their financial resilience.

Combining state-of-the-art actuarial and financial models and comprehensive proprietary datasets provided by our corporate partners, the partnership will provide insights and solutions for Canadians to help facilitate data-driven financial decision-making.

Responsibilities:


Responsibilities:


Communication and Correspondence:

  • Facilitate communication within the team and external partners.

Scheduling and Calendar Management:

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Manage executive calendars, ensuring timely reminders and updates.
  • Arrange travel arrangements and accommodations for staff when necessary.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing reports as needed.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and documents.
  • Coordinate and organize special projects or events.

Problem Solving:

  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in office procedures and suggest solutions.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • University degree; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
  • Familiarity with office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Professionalism:

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude.
