Marketing Coordinator to join our topnotch team


Job Summary:


The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing elements in collaboration with other essential business teams following a marketing calendar.

You will work with sales and purchasing in combination with other marketing team members to create and coordinate marketing materials both digital and print, coordinate product development initiatives, compile pricing for marketing materials, coordinate tradeshow requirements, organize product offerings across all customer channels and liaise with vendors as required.

Duties/Responsibilities:_

  • Photography and photo editing.
  • Website updates, banners, product inventory/offering, care & handling etc
  • Follow & maintain marketing calendar to ensure deadlines for marketing materials are met.
  • Work with other teams to coordinate information and marketing efforts to execute to ensure they are complete, accurate and ontime.
  • Coordinate and liaise with vendors on product & service development initiatives i.e. products, packaging, web development, printers etc
  • Organize tradeshow bookings, travel, materials, product requirements, logistics and set up as required.
  • Develop and maintain all (SMM) social media platforms under the direction of the Sales and Marketing Director, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram; responsibilities will include scheduling posts, community engagement and answering consumer inquiries.
  • Monitoring and forecasting marketing and sales trends, recommending new items as required.
  • Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing and sales activities, adhoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports
  • Travel as required, mínimal expected.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:_

  • 1 to 3 years' experience in a marketing or project coordinator role
  • Postsecondary education
  • Print and digital portfolio and asset
