About the job:

Reporting to the Quality Analyst, the incumbent will participate in maintaining the plant's quality system.

The incumbent will perform the following tasks:

Know the quality system in place and maintain it;
Maintain an active presence on production sites;
Ensure that measuring equipment and devices are calibrated and compliant;
Participate in the optimization and continuous improvement of processes and sampling;
Achieve quality objectives;
Carry out quality audits and monitor various parameters and procedures;
Communicate well with operators;
Participate in operator training;
Perform all other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Technical degree in metallurgy, industrial chemistry, chemical engineering, industrial engineering and/or other related training;
At least 1 year relevant experience in a similar role;
Integration of health and safety as a core value;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Ability to write technical reports;
Flexibility, adaptability and judgment;
Autonomy, proactivity, organization and problemsolving skills;
Teamwork and leadership;
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite software tools.
