  • Reporting to the Quality Analyst, the incumbent will participate in maintaining the plant's quality system.

The incumbent will perform the following tasks:


  • Know the quality system in place and maintain it;
  • Maintain an active presence on production sites;
  • Ensure that measuring equipment and devices are calibrated and compliant;
  • Participate in the optimization and continuous improvement of processes and sampling;
  • Achieve quality objectives;
  • Carry out quality audits and monitor various parameters and procedures;
  • Communicate well with operators;
  • Participate in operator training;
  • Perform all other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Technical degree in metallurgy, industrial chemistry, chemical engineering, industrial engineering and/or other related training;
  • At least 1 year relevant experience in a similar role;
  • Integration of health and safety as a core value;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to write technical reports;
  • Flexibility, adaptability and judgment;
  • Autonomy, proactivity, organization and problemsolving skills;
  • Teamwork and leadership;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite software tools.
