As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will generate new business by reaching out to prospects and working alongside the marketing and sales teams.

RockMass is a global company that offers flexible work hours as many clients are in various time zones. Willingness to occasionally work outside of conventional working hours is a requirement.
You will report directly to the Sales Manager and work alongside the sales, marketing, and technical services teams.

- Experience working within a technology company and familiarity with SaaSbased businesses is an asset
Responsibilities
As a Business Development Representative with RockMass, you will be responsible for generating new business through direct outreach and creating campaigns for marketing qualified leads
Responsibilities will include:
- Qualify prospective clients and book tech demos for Account Executives
- Establish messaging, sequencing, and A/B testing for outreach campaigns
- Organize and clean leads on a routine basis in HubSpot
- Manage sales inquiries on the website's live chat
Skills and Experience
- Experience as a Business Development Representative, preferably within a technology or SaaSrelated business.
- Exceptional written and oral communication
- Selfstarter who is highly motivated and can make decisions autonomously
- Highly collaborative team member who is open to new ideas and concepts
Nice to have
- Former experience working within HubSpot is an asset, but not required
- General understanding of the mining and/or infrastructure industry
