We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Superintendent to join our team in Vancouver.


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the cladding division on commercial projects, ensuring timely and highquality completion of work.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a foreman on commercial projects or proven experience as a superintendent for architectural sheet metal.
• Possess a trade qualification relevant to the cladding industry.
• Extensive experience with various cladding materials such as ACM, porcelain, natural stone, standing seam, fibre cement, etc.
• Competent understanding of building codes and ability to interpret blueprints accurately.
• Highly organized and proactive in managing project timelines and resources effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and direct supervisors.
• Provide training and mentorship to workers, fostering a respectful and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and conduct regular field measurements to verify accuracy.
• Enforce company safety standards to maintain a safe and secure work environment for all personnel.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Trade qualification/certification in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge and experience with various cladding materials and techniques.
• Proficiency in interpreting building codes and blueprints.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Salary:
$70,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
