What you will be doing:

  • Creating a list of parttime employment opportunities, communicate opportunities to students, and prepare students for searching and competing for work, providing a highly visible and effective goto resource;
  • Promoting offcampus housing opportunities for college students, and to assist in setting housing and tenant standards, working in collaboration with Student Advisors and the International Department staff to ensure that students will be supported; and
  • Working with the public, regional employers, providers of longterm accommodation, and with diverse students having a wide range of interests as reflected in college programming and student activities.

What you will need to be considered:

  • 2-year diploma in Business, Human Resources, Office Administration, Social Service Worker, or equivalent; and
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in customer service, dealing with the public to meet specific client needs, ideally in the areas in employment and housing.
The incumbent may be required to provide a criminal reference check.
