    Description

    The Tax Manager role at TSX-Inc is a technical and execution-focused position that supports the Global Tax team in preparing and executing TMX Group's core tax tasks, with a primary focus on Canadian tax.

    This position will assist with day-to-day workflow for compliance and reporting, providing essential technical support to the business. The key accountabilities include:

    • Tax Planning & M&A Support: Execute routine components of complex tax matters, including preparing supporting documentation and data.
    • Transfer Pricing: Assist with preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation and support process for identifying and gathering data for tax incentives and credit opportunities.
