About the Role:


  • Provide an open line of communication for customers; hear their account of issues and accurately document for technicians, explain services in a way they can understand/provide an estimate of costs, and keep updated throughout the day
  • Greet incoming customers, perform vehicle walkaround to recommend services
  • Repair order generation, documentation of recommended work, and invoicing
  • Answer incoming customer phone calls; answer any service queries and book appointments
  • Work closely and professionally communicate with Service Manager, technicians, other advisors, shuttle drivers and receptionist to ensure a high level of customer service and expedited problem resolution
  • Take pride and responsibility for customer satisfaction, including CSI scores
  • Work with service manager and other advisors to help meet individual and department goals
  • Software savvy with strong proficiency using Outlook and webbased systems, with a proven ability to multitask. CDK/ADP/experience is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills in conjunction with a proven track record to build strong business relationships with consumers and employees
  • Outgoing, motivated, and performance driven team player with a positive attitude

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 1year experience in relevant role
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, fulltime with weekends
  • Previous experience is an asset but not mandatory
