    Reporting directly to the CEO at Validere, this role is perfect for professionals capable of covering various facets of marketing—from owning and operating projects to facilitating cross-functional collaboration.

    You will support diverse go-to-market initiatives, working directly with our leadership team to align marketing strategies with company objectives.

    Collaborate with leadership in setting marketing priorities
    Drive marketing initiatives forward playing a variety of roles ranging from owner, operator, and facilitator
    Support pipeline generation and sales efforts, including outreach, sales support materials, thought leadership, promotional content, etc.
    Manage schedules, deadlines, and deliverables across stakeholders supporting marketing efforts
    Experiment with different marketing channels and strategies to optimize demand generation and audience engagement
    Manage and elevate Validere's brand presence on digital platforms such as LinkedIn, our corporate website, events, and other channels
    Engage vendors, partners, and internal experts to drive marketing outcomes
    Administer and optimize marketing technologies like Hubspot
    Monitor and manage the marketing budget in coordination with the finance team to ensure accurate cost tracking and attribution

    Experience in a marketing role where you gained an understanding of effective go-to-market execution and audience engagement. Bonus points for experience marketing enterprise software
    You know how to use marketing technologies to streamline workflows and get the most of a small team; Ability to use the resources and network around you (e.g. vendors, internal experts) to complement your own skills, fill in for gaps, and drive progress where you aren't the expert
    Strong written communication skills, with a talent for translating technical concepts and product features into compelling marketing messages that resonate with target audiences
    You have a keen eye for marketing opportunities, have a natural tendency to speak outwardly and put ideas out there; You are technical enough to learn to speak competently about industry and customer challenges and how our offerings help solve them
