Customer Service Representative


Red Arrow is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team based out of our Red Deer Ticket Office.


This is a part-time position working approximately 22 hours per week. Flexible availability is required as shifts fall between 8:30 am and 8:30 pm. Shifts will occur both weekdays and weekends.

Wage:
$17.00 per hour

Primary Responsibilities:


Quote fares and rates, assist customers in planning travel times and routes, make/confirm/change and cancel reservations, process payments, handle cash, assist passengers with our online booking process, greet passengers during check in process, assist with inquiries and luggage storage, safely embark and disembark coaches, provide information on company policies and perform a variety of office and cleaning duties.

  • Ability to search for and retrieve information
  • Ability to learn and retain large amounts of changing information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and use of a computer
