On call Scheduling manager is the after hours person who ensures the phones lines are answered, client inquiries are dealt with and all caregiver arrive on time to client home.

The role requires to ensure all sick calls are staffed with appropriate skill set and all concerns from any caregiver are given high priority.

Emergencies are handled in a calm efficient manner and the appropriate person is contacted who needs to know.

Referral partner shifts are handled and staffed with priority.
