The team you'll be part of
Transformation and Global Programs team is supporting the CNS Business Applications (BA) business segments on their exciting journey towards business growth and technology and innovation leadership.
Our team is leading BA's key transformation and growth enabling initiatives with target to improve financial and operational performance and achieve business growth and strategic objectives.
As Nokia's growth engine, we create value for communication service providers and enterprise customers by leading the transition to cloud-native software and as-a-service delivery models.
What you will learn and contribute to
You will:
- Look after the operational and financial performance of BA business in the markets by partnering closely with the Market Services leadership and BA business segment delivery organizations.
- Drive improvement in terms of revenue, cost, quality as well as BA S&C operational performance and customer satisfaction.
- Lead related business risk management, critical escalations and identification of preventative actions.
- Lead BA actions for problem/dilutive project turnaround and critical project support.
- Participate as BA representative to relevant GBC Market governance.
- Contribute to BA S&C transformation target achievement and delivery model evolution.
- Contribute to BA business evolution and growth strategy definition and enablement, and support adoption of new business models.
Your skills and experience
You have/are:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineer, Economics or equivalent
- Senior leader, with 15+ years of experience of complex customer deliveries, business/market unit management and or leadership roles
- With track record of business and financial improvement
- Solid understanding of CNS and BA business and portfolio
- Financial acumen, executive stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills
