We are currently expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Inbound Customer Relations Associate to join us. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic organization committed to delivering exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:


  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products/services.
  • Address customer concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Upsell or crosssell additional products/services when appropriate.

Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities.
  • Customerfocused mindset with a passion for delivering topnotch service.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls in a fastpaced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

Salary:
$19.80 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
