Highly Capable Executive Assistant Needed – Latin and South America ONLY

Job description
We are hiring a highly capable Executive Assistant based from Latin or South America, to support multiple growing startups.This is an operational role for someone proactive, highly structured, and extremely organized.
You will begin with a 4 hour paid test period to evaluate speed, communication, initiative, organization, and execution quality. If successful, the role will continue at 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday, during US Eastern business hours.
During your scheduled hours, you must work exclusively for us. No multitasking with other clients during those hours.
If performance is strong and aligned, this will grow into a long term full time position with increased responsibility and performance based bonuses.
To ensure operations run efficiently so the executive has full visibility and confidence that nothing is being missed.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling, follow ups, and reminders
- Handle professional email communication
- Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls, including sales related calls when required
- Track tasks clearly in ClickUp or similar project management platforms
- Maintain full visibility of completed, pending, and blocked items
- Track deadlines and next steps across multiple startups
- Prepare, format, and organize documents and reports
- Use Microsoft Office daily including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Use ChatGPT and similar AI tools extensively for drafting, research, automation, workflow improvement, and efficiency
- Identify ways to use AI tools to improve speed and productivity
- Support social media and online communication
- Learn and implement new software quickly
- Protect confidential information and represent the executive professionally
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant
- Based in Colombia
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confident and professional on phone calls
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Highly knowledgeable in using ChatGPT or similar AI tools for task execution and efficiency
- Must have and be comfortable using a VPN
- Available 4 hours per day during US Eastern business hours
- Reliable high speed internet
- Quiet and professional workspace
- Access to ChatGPT, paid version strongly preferred
