DXP / IPS is seeking an
Operations Coordinator, who is analytical, with excellent attention to detail along with proven problem-solving skills. The ideal person for this role is someone who can work well with others, who is reliable and can calmly adapt to a fast paced enviorment and changes.

Responsibilities are but not limited to:

Communicating with the field medics to schedule rotations and change outs
Working with client representatives to ensure satisfaction on work sites
Monitoring all medic issues, complaints and challenges by providing appropriate direction and support.
Booking medic flights as required
Availability to be oncall; evenings and weekends for jobs, change outs, or client requests
Liaise between sales and operations to ensure accuracy of each job and satisfy client requirements as per pricing or bid proposals
Work closely with dispatch colleagues in a supportive and collobartive enviorment.
Maintain positive relationships with customers and employees.

Position Requirements are:

Experience in Industrial medicine, dispatch or logistics (asset)
Basic MS Office skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to deal with competing tasks
Ability to problem solve, quickly and efficiently to identify the root causes, and make decisions within guidelines and policies
Ability to work and take independent action when required.
Ability to deal with difficult people and varied personalities
Ability to deal with multiple challenges and prioritize
High attention to detail
The ability to gain trust, influence and be a reliable and consistent contributor to the team.
