About us
- Select Protection Services_ is providing security guard services in downtown Toronto condominiums.
Security Guard Position
- Select Protection Services _is looking to hire front desk condominium security guards.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding front desk customer service skills
- Report writing
- Access control
- Monitoring CCTV cameras and card access systems
- Patrolling the exterior and the interior of the premises
- Responding to emergency situations such us fire alarms or other site emergencies.
- Monitor contractors
- Monitor moveins and moveouts
- Enforce property rules and regulations including the site post orders
- Good organizational skills, ability to make good decisions, punctual, friendly, good ability to deal with things under pressure, good observation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player
Qualifications
- Experience is an asset. We will train.
- Valid Ontario security guard licence is a must
Additional Information
Job Type:
Part Time and Full Time
Hours: 40 hours per week shifts
Salary:
$17.50 to $18.00 per hour
