VitalAire Canada is the Canadian home healthcare subsidiary of Air Liquide, the world leader in gases, medical technologies and services for Industry and Healthcare.

VitalAire empowers patients who have sleep apnea require home oxygen therapy through ongoing respiratory support and compliance.
VitalAire is currently recruiting a highly energetic and motivated Clinical Care Coordinator for our Saint-Jerome, QC, location.


The Clinical Care Coordinator provides support in the branch as it pertains to oxygen, PAP, and related therapeutics and diagnostics.


  • Provides service to customers by providing general information and directs inquiries to appropriate staff members.
  • Provides information/demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Assist with sales and maintenance of respiratory products, services, and inventory.
  • Creates walkin appointments for therapeutics and books followup appointments
  • Provides assistance and answers questions for clients regarding funding programs and insurance requirements.
  • Assists staff with the completion of necessary administrative functions and documentations.
  • Assists in the management of equipment, devices, and internal assets.
  • Supports coworkers and other departments by adhering to all financial operations processes.
  • Maintains client confidence, privacy and protects company operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Contribute to a safe work environment by following and encouraging safety protocols.
  • Improves the operation of the branch by participating in quality improvement activities.

Are you a MATCH?:


  • College Certificate/Diploma or Equivalent
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with strong data entry skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours
  • 12 years of experience in a Call Center or in Office Administration
  • Bilingualism is an asset
  • English/French
