    FLINT, a rapidly expanding organization, is seeking experienced Project Managers with a strong background in construction to play a pivotal role in securing bids for a diverse range of awarded and upcoming projects. As a successful candidate, you will possess a keen eye for safety, quality, schedule, and cost, ensuring these critical aspects are well-managed throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will involve defining clear objectives for each project and collaborating closely with Turnaround and/or Construction Managers to achieve successful outcomes.     Opportunities are available across Western Canada, with most of our work in Alberta and Northeastern British Columbia. Contract lengths are dependent on each project.

    Scope: $2MM to $10MM

    Personnel: 25 to 250

    Technology: B2W or Excel, MS Project or Primavera P6

    Clients: Alberta and BC in the Energy Sector

  • What would you be doing?

  • Manage contracts and resources to effectively implement the work.
  • Proactively set client expectations and communicate professionally with partners.
  • Provide direction to field teams and ensure contractual alignment.
  • Plan and analyze workforce and financial data to improve project performance.
  • Ensure field activities meet safety, quality, schedule, and cost requirements.
  • Inspire a culture aligned with FLINT's core values.
  • Does this sound like you?

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or industrial project management.
  • Combination of education and experience in business or project management.
  • Proficient in software systems for estimating and project management.
  • Technical ability in any of the following would be ideal and transferrable: mechanical/piping sector, including shutdown/turnaround implementation.
  • Journeyman Trade certification or related post-secondary degree is a plus.
  • Understand human resources and HSE standards.
