Orangetheory Fitness Sage Creek is currently looking for a fun, smart and passionate Sales Leader to be our Assistant Manager

We require open availability as we are open from 5:00am - 9:30pm on weekdays and 7:00am-2:00pm on weekend, however this position will be mostly early morning and midday shifts. The odd evening and weekend will be required.

As an Orangetheory Fitness Assistant Manager you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of our members on a daily basis You will participate in the operation and success of a fast paced fitness studio, build relationships with OTF members and the community in order to help maintain and build member base and you will be responsible providing our members with a best in class customer experience.

Education and/or Experience Required:

• High school diploma; or one to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Drivers License and access to vehicle

Computer Skills:

• Assistant Manager must have basic knowledge of how to use a computer including Word and Excel. Our main operating system is Mind Body Online (MBO) and they must be able to learn this system in a timely manner in order to be successful in their position.
