Mabel's Labels is looking for a _
Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Media) _to oversee researching, executing and measuring paid digital marketing campaigns for both our Mabel's Labels and Colle à moi brands.

With a focus on customer acquisition, the specialist will work to maximize return on investment and align strategy to create and execute PPC and other digital ad campaigns aligned with brand tone and promotions calendars.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute advertising strategies across various search engines and social platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube Ads, Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, Display and programmatic Ads and Connected TV Advertising
  • Manage budgets and bids with a strong attention to detail to ensure campaigns are efficient and effective
  • Perform daytoday maintenance and optimization of all paid digital ad campaigns, including adjusting bidding strategy for maximum return, within a set budget
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize campaigns to improve performance and maximize ROI
  • Tailor strategy to each brand's respective goals and objectives
  • Write effective and compelling ad copy tailored to target audience
  • Participate in marketing team meetings, cultivate strong product knowledge and align ad campaigns with marketing promotions calendars for both brands
  • Liaise with creative team to maximize paid digital strategy effectiveness
  • Work in content management system to manage on site promotions and campaigns in line with marketing calendar
  • Monitor, track and optimize campaign performance to generate actionable insights
  • Provide accurate weekly and monthly reporting with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Continually test and iterate campaigns to improve performance and reach target KPIs
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, new ad formats, and search algorithm updates to ensure campaigns are always current and competitive

Requirements:


  • Degree or diploma in marketing, advertising, business or a related field
  • 13 years experience managing sophisticated and salesfocused PPC/SEM advertising
  • Google/Microsoft Ads certifications
  • Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Ads, and Meta (Facebook) Ads
  • Experience planning, creating and optimizing a variety of paid media campaigns across a range of digital channels, including search, display, social and video
  • Proven ability to monitor daily conversions and ad spend to maximize revenue
  • Proven ability to analyze trends and use data to make effective campaign adjustments
  • Skilled at writing engaging, onbrand ad copy
  • Experienced at keyword & audience research
  • Stays up to date with industry news and best practices
  • Understanding of SEO best practices
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with Google Analytics and other tracking tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborative, teamplayer open to working with a team of professionals toward common goals
  • Detailoriented with strong project management and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS an asset
  • Knowledge of French an asset but not required
