As the Talent Programs Coordinator at Interac, you will play a key role in shaping the future of digital finance in Canada. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with universities and colleges to promote internship and entry-level opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with universities and colleges to promote our internship and entry-level opportunities.
- Manage the campus recruitment cycle for interns including conducting initial screening scheduling interviews negotiating offers applicant tracking system ATS coordinating interviews communicating with candidates throughout hiring proces enter requisitions post jobs coordinate interviews communicate with candidates throughout hiring proces facilitate background check onboard process new hires ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed welcome new employees effectively implement effective orientation program new hires serve point contact employee inquiries providing support guidance HR policies procedures provide comprehensive administrative support People Culture department maintain employee records processing HR documents managing HR databases establish maintain strong relationships cross-functional stakeholders support HR recruitment strategies proactive analytical thinker creative approach problem-solving self-starter mindset work independently take initiative thrive ambiguous fast-paced environment profitability reporting tools Excel PowerPoint enthusiasm representing Interac core values throughout all HR recruitment activities eligible work full-time capacity Canada eligibility verified employment verification education verification credit check social media check
