The Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the condition functionality and safety of residential leased buildings performing general maintenance and repairs in apartments and common areas conducting preventative maintenance and responding to service requests from tenants and management.The ideal candidate is dependable detail-oriented takes pride in keeping properties in excellent condition while delivering friendly professional service to residents.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of residential units common areas building systems.
- Complete general repairs such as drywall patching painting door hardware adjustments minor flooring work.
