Alstar Group of Companies Ltd. has been providing quality construction services to the oil & gas industry since 1969.

Located in Calgary & Leduc with projects throughout Western Canada, we are a leader in the industry for turn-key new construction, maintenance and prefabrication.

The CSO will be working directly under supervision of HSE Manager.

We are looking for a proactive and multitasker, with reliable transportation as this is a position in our Shop/Yard in Leduc Street T9E0G8.

It requires an attention to details, mind on task while keeping safety and quality always as a priority.

Pay:
$33 $38 per hour depending on experience

Shift:
Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm + OT as required

What we're looking for from you - If this describes you, we'd love to meet

NCSO certification not a requirement.
Open to learning the company safety culture
Fresh out of HSA or Safety training
CSTS20, WHMIS 2015, CSO, Standard First Aid, HS2 Alive and Fall Protection
Successfully complete a preaccess drug and alcohol testing
Valid Class 5 driver's License
Oil and gas experience an asset, not required
Comfortable working in all weather conditions
Willingness to travel away from home for extended periods of time
Good computer skills (Google)

Where our projects are located:

Our projects happen in 4 major sites in Western Canada, which include locations like Conklin AB, Grande Prairie AB, Whitecourt AB and Fort St. John BC.
You will be required to travel sporadically to sites.
