The sales associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service according to the company standards, generating sales, merchandising and general maintenance of the store's appearance.

As a
Sales Associate, your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Build and maintain relationships with our customers by offering an exceptional shopping experience that includes; Greet customers, offer help, direct customers to merchandise, product suggestions, provide product information

Having the ability to assist customers to finding the products that best suit their needs

Stay informed about in-store promotions

Work with all sales associates and management team to meet and exceed store sales targets

Creating the best customer shopping experience

Assist with the merchandising of product throughout the store; stocking shelves regularly

Having experience in this industry from a previous job or from being a mom is an advantage


Skills and Experience:

Experience in retail or customer service;
Excellent customer service capabilities;
A friendly and positive attitude

Physical ability to stand for extended periods

Bilingual (French-English)
