Tiger of Sweden - S+R Canada retail team is looking for a Sales associate / Stylist. Please note that this concession operates in Hudson Bay stores, located at three locations (Toronto, Vancouver, and Montreal).


Responsibilities

• Passionately uphold exceptional customer service with all clients, stakeholders, and neighbourhood members putting the company interests first during all hours of work.
• Engage in conversation, selling and nonselling with clients on a daily basis.
• Educate clients on the Brand, its heritage.
• Achieve monthly sales and KPI targets.
• Roll out projects for store campaigns.
• Process POS purchases, exchanges, and returns.
• Uphold the brand image and presentation standards by visual merchandising and maintenance on an ongoing basis.
• Follow Visual Merchandising guidelines to change mannequins and displays on an ongoing basis.
• Daily housekeeping and other nonselling tasks that uphold the brand image.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments.
• Execute processes to identify and minimize shrinkage.
• Other tasks as outlined by the Store Manager

Qualifications

• Sales 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service 1 year (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Inventory
• Attention to details.
• Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and follow through on tasks to completion.
• Experience in shipping and coordinating with the warehouse an asset.
• French an asset
