Key Responsibilities:

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with the coordination and production of proposals, which includes reviewing RFPs for deliverables, overall layout and organization of document; writing and coordinating text from various team members; creating drafts and issuing to clients
  • Assisting with project database maintenance
  • Assisting with the planning of various business development and client events
  • Data entry and maintenance of our CRM
  • Assists in arranging photographs to be taken of projects
  • Assisting with the design and coordination of promotional materials

Professional Qualifications:

Education

  • Diploma in Marketing, Communications or related field
Experience

  • 1 to 2 years of related experience
  • Familiarity with the consulting engineering and architectural industry would be an asset

Skills:


  • Working proficiency in Adobe Suite and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Exceptional organizational, timemanagement, and project management skills
  • Ability to selfmanage project assignments from start to finish with mínimal oversight
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure
  • Committed to providing exceptional client service
  • Able to interact professionally with all levels of business personnel and build strong working relationships
