Responsibilities

  • Participate on the Accident Review Committee.
  • Assist in analysis of accident trends and make recommendations.
  • Conduct preemployment and postaccident driver skills assessments, recommend remedial.
training as required

  • Assist in promoting the effective use of online training.
  • Promote a positive safety and compliance message in all C.A.T. facilities.
  • Positively represent the CAT brand at industry events, including recruiting events.

Qualifications

  • Class 1/A license and clean driver's abstract.
  • Proficiency with standard business software tools is required (i.e. Microsoft Word/Excel/
PowerPoint/Outlook).

  • Excellent communication skills in English, French would be considered an asset.
  • Postsecondary education in a related field is an asset.
  • Must have superior interpersonal skills, be well organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • This position will involve some travel within Canada a valid Passport is required.
