Responsibilities

Participate on the Accident Review Committee.
Assist in analysis of accident trends and make recommendations.
Conduct preemployment and postaccident driver skills assessments, recommend remedial.

training as required

Assist in promoting the effective use of online training.
Promote a positive safety and compliance message in all C.A.T. facilities.
Positively represent the CAT brand at industry events, including recruiting events.

Qualifications

Class 1/A license and clean driver's abstract.
Proficiency with standard business software tools is required (i.e. Microsoft Word/Excel/

PowerPoint/Outlook).

Excellent communication skills in English, French would be considered an asset.
Postsecondary education in a related field is an asset.
Must have superior interpersonal skills, be well organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
This position will involve some travel within Canada a valid Passport is required.
