Responsibilities
- Participate on the Accident Review Committee.
- Assist in analysis of accident trends and make recommendations.
- Conduct preemployment and postaccident driver skills assessments, recommend remedial.
- Assist in promoting the effective use of online training.
- Promote a positive safety and compliance message in all C.A.T. facilities.
- Positively represent the CAT brand at industry events, including recruiting events.
Qualifications
- Class 1/A license and clean driver's abstract.
- Proficiency with standard business software tools is required (i.e. Microsoft Word/Excel/
- Excellent communication skills in English, French would be considered an asset.
- Postsecondary education in a related field is an asset.
- Must have superior interpersonal skills, be well organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- This position will involve some travel within Canada a valid Passport is required.
