About the Position:

A Member Services Associate should have a warm and welcoming persona, enjoy personal interaction, have high attention to detail, confidence and be willing to work well within a team environment.

A Member Services Associate should be computer literate with excellent communication skills.


Position Perks:

• Minimum base salary of $2500/month (based upon qualifications) + Commissions
• Benefits after 3 months of employment

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining relationships with prospects and your portfolio of members
• Ability to perform our sales process with confidence
• Ensure the club's monthly membership goals are met
• Proactively develop a personal prospecting plan that will allow you to create and maintain a lead base
• Assist in meeting club monthly retention goals
• Follow daily, weekly, and monthly sales tasks
• Attend all sales and club meetings and events

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 year of sales experience
• 2 years of customer service experience
• High level of organization and strong planning skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Possess high attention to detail
• Ability to work and think both independently, and cohesively in a team environment
• Selfmotivated
• Must have open availability
• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft and Excel proficient)
• Reliable transportation

From $2,500.00 per month


Schedule:

• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
