Front Desk Receptionist - Richmond, Canada - Doxa Development

Doxa Development is a real estate development and construction company, based in Richmond, BC. We are growing rapidly and are expanding into other industries, such as education. As such, we are looking for a full-time receptionist/office admin staff that wants to grow with the company. This position is truly a foot-in-the-door to Doxa Development with ample career advancement opportunities.Working Hours:
Mon - Fri, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (with a half-hour unpaid break)
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Directing queries to the correct person, gathering and sharing information with the appropriate person
- Ensure that meeting rooms are clean and ready for meetings
- Providing backup to other staff and departments, as necessary
- Maintaining necessary levels of kitchen/stationery supplies, daily running/emptying of the dishwasher, upkeep of general office appearance
- Manage all mail and courier mandates
- Coordinate meetings and organize catering
- Other related duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities:
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Have multitasking skills, and ability to handle a multiline telephone
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Experience with reception is an asset but not required.
Experience:
- MS Office: 2 years (required)
