Description
Doxa Development is a real estate development and construction company, based in Richmond, BC. We are growing rapidly and are expanding into other industries, such as education. As such, we are looking for a full-time receptionist/office admin staff that wants to grow with the company. This position is truly a foot-in-the-door to Doxa Development with ample career advancement opportunities.

Working Hours:
Mon - Fri, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (with a half-hour unpaid break)


Responsibilities:


  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • Directing queries to the correct person, gathering and sharing information with the appropriate person
  • Ensure that meeting rooms are clean and ready for meetings
  • Providing backup to other staff and departments, as necessary
  • Maintaining necessary levels of kitchen/stationery supplies, daily running/emptying of the dishwasher, upkeep of general office appearance
  • Manage all mail and courier mandates
  • Coordinate meetings and organize catering
  • Other related duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities:

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Have multitasking skills, and ability to handle a multiline telephone
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Experience with reception is an asset but not required.

Experience:


  • MS Office: 2 years (required)
