Description
This position is responsible for maintaining our machinery and equipment in good working conditions.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Repairing, adjusting, minor welding, oiling and changing parts for all company machinery and equipment (Such as Crane, roll formers, slitters...)
- Inspect all machinery regularly to ensure operation
- Make overhauls and major repairs
- Ensure general building maintenance (e.g. lights, doors...)
- Respect all company rules, regulations and policies
- Be aware of all Health and Safety instructions and policies
- Perform other related work / special projects as required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Grade 12 education
- Education Millwright an asset (industrial experience will be considered)
- At least 2 years of manufacturing, maintenance experience
- Must be able to read simple industrial machine's electrical schematics
- Electrical drive knowledge an asset
- Formal electrical education an asset
- Bilingualism an asset
