You as a Logistics Coordinator will:
- Liaise with the logistics, heritage, and operations teams on all warehouse activities related to quality control, inspections, safety, and storage of heritage assets.
- Work with asset management team to ensure the integrity of the asset tracking information.
- Provide scanning backup to warehouse as necessary.
- Assist with monthly site asset audits.
- Responsible for quality control inspections of selected assets to ensure all approved specifications are followed.
- Work with Lead Asset Manager and Warehouse Supervisor in development of storage and shelving requirements for specific asset groups in warehouses and yards.
- Maintain and update all operational SOPs for existing warehouse facility.
- Complete health and safety documentation as necessary.
- PSI's/Weekly Safety Submittals/ Weekly Inspection reports
- Injury reports as required
- Incident reports as required
- Ensure the Heritage Asset Management Plan is followed at all warehouses.
- Storage and asset tracking/ storage materials/ heritage inspections
- Emergency preparedness and disaster planning/ designated substances details
- Risk management/ Standard Operating Procedures
- Involvement with BIM360 for deficiency tracking activities
Is this the right role for you?
- Experience in warehouse, logistic operational, or similar administrative positions.
- Excellent data management and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills and multitasking capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively within the team.
- Ability to grasp new software such as BIM360 and BassetPro.
